No. CDF makes business-purpose private capital loans (bridge, fix-and-flip, construction, probate, ADU construction). Consumer and agency mortgages (FHA, VA, HomeStyle, many DSCR 30-year products) are a different company: Elite Fundings, a DBA of Vismar Corporation, via franciscowilliams.com/lending.
